Semi-Dry Wines
Fritz's Red - A semi-dry red wine made from a blend of Corot Noir and Chambourcin grapes that were harvested from our vineyards on October 12, 2008. This wine is named after Fred K. Baxter, who was part of the third generation of Baxter's to operate the wine business in Nauvoo. Fritz's Red is smooth and balanced and pairs delightfully with sharp cheeses. $18.75/bottle
Nauvoo Red Wine - A semi-dry marriage of DeChaunac & Foch grapes creates this medium-bodied, deep red wine that has an extraordinary nutty flavor. This is a versatile wine that can be served with any meal. $13.75/bottle
Bidy Bo White - A semi-dry white wine made from a blend Cayuga White and Vidal grapes that were harvested from our vineyards and Spillman Creek Vineyards. The Cayuga White grapes were harvested on October 2, 2008 and the Vidal grapes were harvested on October 30, 2008. This wine is named after Annette Baxter, who was a part of the fourth generation of Baxter's. Bidy Bo White is a light and crisp wine that pairs well with a selection of fruit hors d'oeuvres. $18.75/bottle
Icarian White Wine - A smooth and mellow semi-dry wine produced from a balanced blend of Vidal, Niagara, Traminette and Vignoles grapes. Serve slightly chilled with your favorite poultry dish! $13.75/bottle

Dok's Rose - A semi-sweet rose wine made from Frontenac grapes harvested on September 9, 2009 from Spillman Creek Vineyards. This wine is named after Dorothy Otillia Kelly-Baxter, who was a part of the third generation of Baxter's and was Fred K's wife. Dok's Rose is a smooth and refreshing wine that complements a variety of cheeses. $18.75/bottle

Brenda’s Blush Wine - A light, semi-sweet wine that is produced from a blend Catawba & Concord grapes and lightly blushed with the deep crimson of the Norton grape. The fresh fruit accents make wine one to enjoy on all occasions! Enjoy this wine slightly chilled with mild cheeses, salads and desserts. Bronze Medal winner in Illinois State Fair 2005, 2008. $11.75/bottle

Dessert Wine
Catawba Ice Wine - A sweet, dessert wine that is made from late-harvested Catawba grapes that were harvested from our vineyards on December 10, 2008. The grapes were handpicked by Kelly & Chris in 12 degree weather. The 2008 Catawba Ice Wine should be enjoyed after dinner and wonderfully accents the grapefruit flavors of the Catawba grapes. $23.75/bottle.
